The Most Important 10 Minutes Of The Day

Every day for the last 5 years on our journey towards the No.1 Industrial IoT Platform the development team holds a 10-minute Standup. The Standup has never been missed.

In the session, our Software Development Manager Tomas McKinless asks 3 questions and only 3 questions to each member of the team.

What did you do yesterday that helped the development team meet the sprint goal?
What will you do today to help the development team meet the sprint goal?
Do you see any impediment that prevents you or the development team from meeting the sprint goal?

It’s a very simple routine and very common in almost all software companies and teams.

For the first time in 5 years, this standup will now be done virtually on Webex as a result of Coronavirus.

A Virtual Coffee Webex will also commence after the virtual standup!
