ISO 9001 is the world’s foremost quality management standard, which sets out the essential requirements for a practical and effective quality management system (QMS).

The award was presented to Davra by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI). It sets out the essential requirements for a practical and effective quality management system (QMS) which is a system for minimising risk and maximising opportunity. NSAI’s Irish Standard certification mark represents the most respected level of certification available in Ireland today. Among the many benefits of ISO 9001, the Standard helps organizations to improve customer satisfaction levels, internal efficiency and employee involvement.
