Tell us about yourself

Hey everyone! I’m Michael from Dublin, a recent graduate from University College Dublin with a BSc in Computer Science. I love all things technology, right now I’m mainly focused on open source software and web development, but I’m also very interested in information security and cryptography.

What made you choose Davra?

Learning about Davra it became quickly apparent that their projects make a real, positive impact, and are able to change lives for the better. This coupled with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with Industrial IoT made the idea of working for Davra a very exciting prospect.

What do you want to achieve at Davra?

Working at Davra is a great opportunity to improve upon my knowledge and skills in software development, I want to gain as much experience as possible working with new  technologies and great people. I hope to help Davra deliver applications and make a positive impact as they and industrial IoT continue to grow.

What are your hobbies or interests?

I’m a lifelong guitarist, not currently in a band but I still play whenever I can. I mainly play punk and the blues, but also love acoustic music. I also really enjoy repairing/restoring old electronics, though my soldering skills could definitely be improved upon. Aside from that I’m a pretty big movie buff and I like to read and cook.
