Every day for the last 5 years on our journey towards the No.1 Industrial IoT Platform the development team holds a 10-minute Standup. The Standup has never been missed.<\/p>\n

In the session, our Software Development Manager Tomas McKinless asks 3 questions and only 3 questions to each member of the team.<\/p>\n

  1. What did you do yesterday that helped the development team meet the sprint goal?<\/li>\n
  2. What will you do today to help the development team meet the sprint goal?<\/li>\n
  3. Do you see any impediment that prevents you or the development team from meeting the sprint goal?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It’s a very simple routine and very common in almost all software companies and teams.<\/p>\n

    For the first time in 5 years, this standup will now be done virtually on Webex as a result of Coronavirus.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A Virtual Coffee Webex will also commence after the virtual standup!<\/strong><\/p>\n
